Planting plans are usually left until quite late in the design process. The sketch plan can give an indication of what style of planting would be used, and the detailed design may well identify certain key structural plants. However it is only in the later stages of the project, when the designer is more familiar with the site and the client - that the planting can best be tailored to fit.
Planting plans show the spacing of the recommended species of plant and symbols and text are used in combination so that they can be easily read by the lay reader.
Once the planting plans are agreed we will source, supply and plant the garden with the highest quality stock from selected nurseries.
A complementary illustrated maintenance plan is provided with every planting scheme to advise you on any necessary aftercare for your newly designed garden. This identifies all the plants and actions required to look after the garden.
This waterproof maintenance plan can either be used as a reference document for your own work in the garden, or can be passed to a gardener.
